OHS JROTC Color Guard Named National Champs

Congratulations to the Ozark High School JROTC Color Guard Teams for being named National Champions!

On May 6 the JROTC Color Guard Teams competed in the National Championship Color Guard competition in Daytona Beach, Florida. With over 80 teams in attendance, the Ozark Mountain Guard was named National Champs and the Ozark Mountainettes placed third.

The first place team included OHS students Kylie Irby, Brooklynn Joy, Alexander Jackson and Nathan Moore.   

The third place team was Madisyn Miller, Madison Becraft, Robbie Hembree and Brandon Wheeler. 
 
"It was a tremendous experience with some of the best people I know," Becraft said.
