• New Student Registration 2019-20 School Year

    Welcome to Ozark School District. We are excited to have your student(s) as an Ozark Tiger! Registration begins either online or with paper forms and finishes at the building your student(s) will be attending. Elementary school boundary information can be found here. If you need some assistance determining your elementary school, please call us at 417-582-5900. 

    Buildings will open July 23, 2019 at noon for new student registration. Paperwork can also be dropped of at the District office from June 28 - July 22, 2019 (office hours: Mon-Th 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Fri 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.).

    Student Registration

    Step 1: Fill out online forms - Online forms are not available on mobile devices. Computer access is available at each school. Please use first, middle and last name when entering name of the child. 

    • New Family Online Forms:
      • This option is intended for families who are new to Ozark School District. This means none of the students in the family are current or former students of Ozark School District.
      • An email address will be required and access to the email
      • This is not available on mobile devices

    • Current Family Online Forms:
      • This option is intended for families who are already in the school district. This means the family has current or former students of Ozark School District.
      • Username is your email address that is on file
      • Forgot Password link is on the login page
    • Returning Family Online Forms:
      • This option is intended for families who attended Ozark School District in the past, changed school districts, and are now returning to Ozark.
      • Start at Step 2 below, submitting the required documents to the school office of your student(s)' building.
      • If you don't remember your online username and password, the school secretary can provide it.
      • Online forms will then be available after your student is enrolled at the building.

    Step 2: Provide documents listed below at the school office your student(s) will attend. Missing documents may delay registration completion. 

    • Request for Records Form - signed by guardian/parent
    • Provide proof of residency (acceptable documents include: property tax statement, legal property description, utility bill/agreement, rental agreement/receipt, or real estate contract). If you do not have access to any of these documents, please fill out this form
    • Other required documents for each student
      • Proof of legal name/age (example: Birth Certificate, Legal Document, Passport, Visa)
      • Current Immunizations or exemption form
      • Proof of guardianship court documents (if needed)
