Price Named Ozark Tech Director for 2026-27

The Ozark School District Technology Department will see a new yet familiar face next school year as the Board of Education, during the February meeting, hired Jeramie Price as Director of Technology. Price has been serving as Director of Technology for the Sparta School District since November 2022. Before that, he worked in the Ozark Technology Department for 10 years.

“Coming back to the district that first shaped my career in education, in the same community my family calls home, is both meaningful and exciting,” Price said. “I look forward to helping develop and inspire students while preparing them for success in a world increasingly shaped by technology."

Price has a bachelor’s degree in I.T. Management and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, both from Western Governors University. As Technology Director, Price will oversee all technology, network, and cybersecurity needs across the district.

Price is replacing Kyle Anderson, who is retiring after working in the Ozark Technology Department for nearly 30 years, serving as Director of Technology since 2013.

Executive Director of Finance and Business Dr. Landon Gray, who oversees the Technology Department, said although Price has big shoes to fill, he is confident that Price’s experience and vision will help lead the district’s continued growth and innovation.

“Kyle has been a valued member of Ozark Schools since 1998. He witnessed a lot of changes in the Tech Department and has played a key role in guiding the district through significant technological advancements,” Gray said. “I’m confident Jeramie will continue that tradition of excellence, bringing both strong leadership and a forward-thinking approach to support our students and staff.”
