Ozark Special Services Achieves 100% Compliance in State Review

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Office of Special Education recently conducted a compliance review, and the Ozark Special Services Department received a 100 percent compliant score for all state and federal regulations. The extensive review is conducted every three years. 

“We had no corrective action plans or steps to complete — an outstanding outcome that reflects the dedication and excellence of our Special Education team,” said Executive Director of Special Services Dr. Laura Eakins. “I deeply appreciate the hard work they put in every single day. This is an exciting achievement, and one that few districts attain.”
