Ozark Schools Receives Grant for Back to School Bash

Ozark School District recently received a $2,500 grant through the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, in partnership with the Louis L. and Julia Dorothy Coover Charitable Foundation and Commerce Trust. The money is for the Steps to Success program, which is an effort to provide shoes on a limited basis to students who attend the Back to School Bash.

The 2026 Back to School Bash will be Saturday, Aug. 15 and helps Ozark students in grades PK–12 start the school year with confidence by providing a backpack, school supplies, hygiene kits, and access to community resources. It's also a great family-friendly event to help kick off the school year!
