Stitching Style: OHS Fashion Students Showcase Advanced Sewing Projects in Collaborative Photoshoot

This spring, students in Mrs. McNew’s Fashion Design & Construction class took their sewing skills to the next level, choosing advanced projects they loved and would proudly wear. From retro vests to formal gowns and streetwear staples, each garment was thoughtfully crafted using customizable PDF patterns.

To celebrate their hard work, the class partnered with an OHS photography class for a professional photoshoot. Under the creative direction of photography students Ian Soto Vazquez and Madyson Luder, each look was captured in detail, highlighting both the fashion design and the photographic talent of OHS students.

The collaborative project was a true reflection of the talent, passion, and teamwork found across Ozark High School programs. As students continue to build real-world skills through creativity and collaboration, projects like these help inspire confidence, and a strong sense of personal style.
