Dr. Eric Russell
Principal
Dr. Eric Russell began his administration career as assistant principal for Branson Public Schools before becoming the principal of Ozark Middle School in 2019. His education experience began in 2003 where he has taught English, social studies and at-risk students along with coaching multiple sports. Russell received his Doctor of Educational Administration degree from William Woods University.

Jared Lotz
Assistant Principal
Mr. Lotz began his administrative career in 2014 as assistant principal at Ozark West Elementary. Prior, he taught P.E. at Ozark West Elementary and was the high school golf coach.
Mr. Lotz obtained his undergraduate degree in Physical Eduducation and Health (K-12) from Southwest Baptist University. His graduate degree in Educational Administration was also obtained from Southwest Baptist University. Currently, he has his specialists degree in Educational Administration from Missouri State University.
Mr. Lotz and his wife Katie have two children, Jace and Adley. They are blessed to have much of their family in the Ozark area, many of who are also teachers and/or coaches. He is grateful to be serving the Ozark community and he looks forward to raising his family in such a wonderful district.

Dr. Zeb Wallace
Assistant Principal
Dr. Zeb Wallace began his administrative career at West Plains R-7 where he served as assistant elementary principal. Prior to his time at WPE, he served as the high school A+ coordinator and head baseball coach at West Plains High School. Wallace also spent time at Walnut Grove High School where he taught high school business and was the head baseball coach.
Dr. Wallace obtained a bachelor's degree in business from Central Methodist University, followed by a master's degree in education administration from Missouri State University, and most recently a doctorate in education administration from Lindenwood University.
Dr. Wallace and his wife Samantha have two children, Olivia (5) and Brooks (2).
