FFA is a club for 8th grade students to introduce them to FFA and the agriculture programs they can become a part of in high school. FFA meets monthly during advisory with an activity or service activity once every quarter. Some activity examples include a trip to the Nature Center, a Christmas party, a trip to Incredible Pizza, and an afternoon spent at
Finley River Park. The club is sponsored by an 8th grade teacher Abby Wright, Heath Wright, Travis Phipps, Jeremy Sisco, high school FFA advisors. Meetings are run by the high school officer team, although the junior high club has a leadership team that helps as well.
Mrs. Wright, has taught at Ozark for eleven years and has taught eighth grade for the past three years, having taught seventh grade before then. She helps with FFA Club as a teacher at the junior high, but it is officially sponsored by Heath Wright, Travis Phipps and Jeremy Sisco at the high school. They are all three vocational agriculture teachers at OHS as well as the FFA advisors.
