• Mrs. Broadbent
Welcome to Ozark Junior High School
  • Hello! I'm Mrs. Broadbent-Anderson. I'm very excited to help you learn Accelerated 7th and 7th Grade Math this year.
This is my first year at Ozark, but my fifth year teaching grades 6-8 mathematics.
It is my goal to not only help you learn mathematics, but make you love it! Math maybe difficult for some of you, but everyone has the potential to learn it and be successful! Remember our school mission: Students Dedicated Every Day, Student Driven in Every Way!
I have an A.A.S. in Business & Marketing, B.S. in Management, and completing a M.A.T for Education. Before I became a dedicated teacher, I was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch for 5 years. I believe my education and experience will bring a different side to teaching mathematics, helping you understand more the WHY and HOW we use various aspects of math.
I'm married to my best friend, Mr. Anderson! We have been married for 8 years and are expecting our first child, Ethan, in October. We live here in Ozark and couldn't pass up the opportunity to teach such amazing students and raise our child in such an exceptional community.
I was born in the Bahamas, raised as a British citizen, but PROUD to be an American!I love spending time with my family and playing with my dog, Isaac. I enjoy walking, running, and being active and very much looking forward to picking up the pace after Ethan is born.
Teaching is truly a blessing! Thank you in advance to my administration, staff, parents, and students for an awesome first year here at Ozark! Go Tigers!
