    A: Send Les Smith an email and your Copier PIN will be emailed back to you.

    Q: When I scan my ID badge it says "Not an Authorized User"

    A: Email Les Smith the date, time and the system number (found on the blue sticker on the front of the machine) of the copier that you got the message on,
