    IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SCHEDULING

    • Registration forms are due Tuesday, Sept. 10th by 5:00 p.m. There is a separate registration form for 9-10 and 11-12. Please fill out both.
    • The Master Schedule will be shared with all directors no later than Friday, Sept. 13th at midnight. Directors will not be able to alter the Time, Audition Number, or School columns. Directors will only be able to alter the "name"  and "song title" column. Please place all of your auditionees' names in these slots, and include their song choice (11-12 students only).
    • TIME SLOTS WILL CHANGE just a bit from the initial schedule to the final one. This happens because we try to absorb cancellations as we get closer to audition day, in order to make best use of everyone's time, and keep the day running smoothly. Tell your students that their final time could be 10-15 minutes earlier or later, so plan accordingly (including the leave time for your schools' buses)
    • The FINAL schedule will be available to view on the day before auditions.
    • If you wish to switch slots with another school, please email (a specific director or all directors) and request the change. When both directors have agreed, they will both email me and I will make the change.
    • Editing will close Thursday, Sept 19th, at 10:00 p.m. At this point, cancellations are final and empty slots will not be filled. Any student who is added or has a conflict will be placed at the end of the day. No exceptions.
    • Please reference this website, your email, the master list posted in the KHS lobby, or speak to a room monitor to find the most updated audition times.
    • All-District Results will be email to directors no later than 2:00 p.m. on the Sunday following auditions. Results will also be posted on this website.
