    Listed below are the benefits and insurance products offered by the Ozark School District for the 2023-2024 Benefit Plan Year.  

    Health Insurance qualifying employees: Employees who are hired to work at least 30 hrs per week in their primary position. The district pays the premiums for qualifying employees.

      Eligible employees now have two options for health insurance - a PPO and an EPO.
      Deductibles run January-December, plan years run July-June.   

      CoxHealth now offers a Welcome Clinic! You must have a primary care physician, however, if this appointment is too far out and you need to be seen, you have the option to visit the Welcome Clinic instead of visiting the urgent care or emergency room! Click here to find out more!
