Eligible employees now have two options for health insurance - a PPO and an EPO.
Deductibles run January-December, plan years run July-June.CoxHealth now offers a Welcome Clinic! You must have a primary care physician, however, if this appointment is too far out and you need to be seen, you have the option to visit the Welcome Clinic instead of visiting the urgent care or emergency room!
