Schedule Changes


    If you need to make a change to your schedule, please fill out the form below.  Please note that you must be logged in to your student OHS Google account to access the form.  Please do not send a duplicate email.

    Schedule Change Guidelines

    • This is a request form only. There are no guarantees that your request will be granted.
    • Please attend your currently assigned classes until notified of the change by the counseling office.
    • Course change requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
    • Parents and student will be notified of outcome via email.
    • Course change requests must be submitted by August 27th to be considered.

    You may request a schedule change if:
    You are missing a required course.
    You have been assigned two of the same classes.
    You have an unassigned period.
    You have already taken a course on your schedule.
    You are in the wrong placement (Honors vs. regular).
    You are wanting to pursue the IB track and are missing a foreign language.
