Listed below are the benefits and insurance products offered by the Ozark R-VI School District for the 2021-2022 Benefit Plan Year. Health Insurance qualifying employees: Employees who are hired to work at least 30 hrs per week in their primary position. The district pays the premiums for qualifying employees.
Cox Health Plans will remain our carrier and the PPO policy stays the same as last year with the exception of the below listed premium increases:
