    Listed below are the benefits and insurance products offered by the Ozark R-VI School District for the 2021-2022 Benefit Plan Year. 

     

    Health Insurance qualifying employees: Employees who are hired to work at least 30 hrs per week in their primary position. The district pays the premiums for qualifying employees. 

     
    Cox Health Plans will remain our carrier and the PPO policy stays the same as last year with the exception of the below listed premium increases:
    We also have a new EPO option for employees and families.

    The district offers group dental insurance to employees who are hired to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on an employee-paid, voluntary basis through MetLife.  Rates below are per month. Our contract for dental services will remain with Metropolitian Life pricing remains the same as last year:

    New for 2021-22 plan year, Ozark School District will offer employees the option of a Health Savings Account. This medical savings account is only available to employees who select the EPO health insurance plan.
