Next time you see the city street sweeper cleaning the streets in Ozark, pay attention to the decals on the sides and back. They were all made by Ozark Middle School fifth graders. 

Ozark Announces New Assistant Principals for 2023-24 School Year

Ozark School District is welcoming two new assistant principals for the 2023-24 school year. The Board of Education, at the April 13 meeting, approved Ashley Penrod as assistant principal for Tiger Paw Early Childhood Center and Brandon Scott for Ozark Middle School. Current Tiger Paw Assistant Principal Brianna Kelly is transitioning to East Elementary.

WWII Veteran Brings History to Life for OMS 5th Graders

OMS fifth graders in Amanda Clark’s class had a very special visitor April 11, World War II veteran Jack Hamlin. Hamlin is 102 years old and talked to the students about his time as a chief petty officer in the United States Coast Guard during the war.
