Summer School Set June 1-25
Summer School 2021 is June 1-25. Registration closes May 14. If you plan for your student to attend, please register as early as possible so we are able to hire the correct number of teachers at our elementary schools and know what courses we are able to proceed with at OMS, OJH and OHS.

Inclement Weather Procedures
In case Ozark School District needs to cancel school, use late start procedures or early release procedures due to inclement weather, we want you to be informed of the process. Student and faculty safety is the primary concern in making the call for cancellation versus late start or early release.

District Names Ozark Middle School Assistant Principal
The Ozark Board of Education voted to hire Zeb Wallace as the Ozark Middle School assistant principal for the 2020-21 school year.

Voters Approve Ozark School District’s $26.5 Million No Tax Increase Bond Issue
Ozark School District is pleased to announce the passage of the $26.5 million no tax increase bond issue, Operation Renovate and Innovate, after the June 2 election. 62.14% of votes cast were in favor of the ballot initiative.

Junior High Speech & Debate Takes 2nd at Tourney
Ozark Junior High hosted the Ozark Speech & Debate Tournament Feb. 29 with 10 schools and hundreds of entries. Overall, Ozark placed second with seventh grader Cammie Dyke bringing home a first-place win in the storytelling category.

Ozark Middle School sixth grade KITES students Michael Pulliam and Dennis Nelson are the first place regional winners of the fall season middle school division of the Stock Market Game.

Congratulations to the Ozark Middle School seventh graders and Ozark Junior High eighth graders who participated in the Junior High District Honor Band Nov. 9 in Lebanon.

2019 Annual Performance Report
Each year the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education publishes an Annual Performance Report (APR) for all school districts. Ozark achieved an "exceeding" growth level in English language arts (ELA) and mathematics on the 2019 report.

Ozark Middle School Summer Renovation
Over the summer of 2019, Ozark Middle School saw many renovations and updates, thanks to a busy grounds, maintenance and custodial staff. The summer renovations were part of Phase One of the District’s long-range plan, known as Operation Renovate & Innovate.
